干旱对小麦幼苗膜脂过氧化及保护酶的影响

摘要(Abstract):
本实验用不同抗旱性的春小麦品种(干旱敏感的甘麦8号和抗旱的红农1号)作为分析材料。种子萌发到幼苗培养的过程是在控制的条件下完成的。第七天时,用高渗培养液(PEG6000)进行处理。本文研究了水分胁迫对小麦叶片相对含水量(RWC)、质膜透性、膜脂过氧化水平和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶活性的影响。
