中外对土地集约化利用的研究和实践,主要集中在对土地集约化利用的定义与定位、方法与途径、控制与评价标准3个方面.土地的集约化利用应当是指:以提高经济社会总体效益为目标,以现有平均先进生产技术和生活设施为标准,在满足生产生活合理环境水平基础上,实现土地资源投入产出的最大化.国家推进土地集约利用的方法和途径主要有规划控制、市场配置、经济制约和审批管制4个方面.控制和评价标准包含利用强度、产出效益以及环境质量3个层次的内容.
Abstract：Study and practice related to intensive land use in China and abroad are mainly composed of three aspects as follows:definition and principle.method and way,controlling and evaluation standard.Intensive land use means: regarding the promotion of total economic and social efficacy as the target.present average advanced producing technology and living equipments as the standard,and on the basis of meeting reasonable living environment level to realize largest efficacy with the smallest land resource used.Planning-control.marketing-sharing,economic- restriction ,and admin-approval are major methods of promoting land use intensively.Controlling and evaluation standard are mainly composed of using degree.producing efficacy and environment quality.
