肠道菌群与人类健康研究进展

摘要:

在漫长的生物共演化过程中,肠道菌群之间及其与人类宿主之间形成了辅车相将、相互影响、交能易作的共生关系.肠道菌群生态失调与人体神经、消化、代谢、免疫等众多系统的发育及功能异常、疾病的发生发展以及对药物的反应等关系密切.近年来国内外学者对肠道菌群与人类健康相关性的探索不断深入;然而,依然有许多现象和疑问以及肠道菌群与人体组织细胞之间互作机制尚未明晰.本文将综述近年来国内外学者针对肠道菌群与人类健康相关性的研究成果和新的认知,试图从"大生命科学"的角度探讨调控肠道菌群微生态的策略及可行性,展望相关科研及其成果转化的发展趋势,希望能对从事相关基础和应用研究的人士以及关注自身健康的大众百姓,提供有价值的参考资料.

Abstract:

In the long process of biological co-evolution, the intestinal flora and mammals have formed a symbiotic relationship that assists and interacts with each other. The ecological imbalance of the gut microbiota is closely related to the development and dysfunction of the host′s nervous system, digestive system, metabolic system and immune system, disease occurrence and development, and tissue drug resistance. In recent years, scientists have been exploring the relationship between intestinal flora and human health. However, there are still many phenomena and doubts, and the mechanism of interaction between the gut microbiota and the human body is not completely clear. This review will introduce the research achievements in terms of gut microbiota colonization, diversity characteristics and the relationship between flora function and human health.We attempt to discusses the strategies, advantages and disadvantages of regulating the ecology of gut microbiota from the perspective of biology, medicine and nutrition, and look forward to the development trend of related research and transformation of its achievements.We hope that this review article can provide valuable reference materials for those engaged in related basic and applied research and the public who are concerned about their physical and mental health.
