对六安市的资源禀赋条件及长三角产业转移的特征与趋势做了较为全面的考察,在此基础之上,运用偏离-份额分析法(SSM)对该市2005至2010年29个产业部门的份额分量、结构偏离分量及竞争力偏离分量进行了对比分析,进而对其主导产业进行了筛选.研究结果表明,六安市黑色金属矿采选业、农副食品加工业及通用设备制造业在定量分析指标上具有显著优势,同时拥有优越的资源依托条件,有利于承接长三角产业转移,最适合作为现阶段的主导产业.采用偏离-份额分析法并结合区域的资源禀赋条件及所处的宏观经济背景对欠发达地区中小城市的主导产业进行选择是可行的,有效的.可从完善产业链,维护资源优势,注重科研创新,主动承接产业转移四个方面着手促进六安市主导产业的发展.
Abstract：The regional endowments of resources and the characteristics and trends of the Yangtze River Delta industrial transfer is investigated using Shift- share analysis method(SSM).The paper analyzes the national effect,the industrial mix veffect and the competitive effect of 29 industrial sectors of Lu' an city from 2005 to 2010 contrastively and then screens its leading industries.The results show that the ferrous metal mining industry,agro — food processing industry and general equipment manufacturing industry in Lu' an city have significant advantages in quantitative indexes as well as regional resources relying conditions,and also are useful accepting industrial transfer from the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,they are optimum as the leading industries at the present stage.The analytical method which combines SSM with regional resource endowments and the macroeconomic backgrounds is feasible in the selection of leading industries for medium — sized and small cities in less developed region.Improving the industrial chain,maintaining resources advantages,paying more attention to scientific research innovation,and accepting industrial transfer actively can be used to promote the development of leading industries of Lu' an city.
